Scott Taylor is a highly experienced real estate advisor serving buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners across California’s Central Coast, including Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Santa Maria. With a focus on single-family residences in the $900K+ range, as well as multifamily and commercial assets, Scott brings a rare blend of residential expertise, commercial advisory skill, and leadership experience to every transaction.
Currently a Broker Associate and Senior Commercial Advisor with KW Commercial and KW Realty on the Central Coast and in Santa Barbara, Scott is also an active Commercial Advisor with the Orasi Group Real Estate Network, working across Nevada and Arizona. He is a team member of the Orasi Group in Las Vegas and Arizona, led by Ed Orasi, Team Leader of Keller Williams The Marketplace One in Summerlin, Nevada. This multistate platform allows Scott to support clients with complex acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategies well beyond a single market.
Scott’s background includes senior leadership roles within Keller Williams, including Managing Broker for KW Central Coast and KW North County, Assistant Team Leader for the San Luis Obispo office, and multiple years serving on the Agent Leadership Council. He has been deeply involved in agent education, technology, and mentorship—co-chairing education initiatives and serving as Technology Chair and Mentor Agent. Since 2016, Scott has also been a member of the Professional Standards Committee with the California Association of REALTORS® in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties and currently serves as Chair. In addition, he is a former board member of the Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS® (2019–2021). This leadership foundation translates directly into strategic, well-executed outcomes for his clients.
Beyond real estate brokerage, Scott brings a strong business and financial background. He holds an MBA from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and has extensive experience in commercial insurance sales, sales management, training, and practice sales within the healthcare and business opportunity sectors. This background makes him especially effective when advising investors, business owners, and clients navigating complex negotiations, distressed assets, short sales, and foreclosures.
Scott holds the NAR Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation and is a Certified Forms Trainer (CFT) with the California Association of REALTORS®, ensuring transactions are handled with precision, compliance, and clarity. He is also an Internet Marketing Specialist (IMSD), combining strong negotiation skills with modern, results-driven marketing strategies.
Known for his calm, steady approach—earning him the nickname “Super Chill”—Scott is trusted for his ability to simplify complex deals, protect his clients’ interests, and keep transactions moving forward smoothly. Outside of real estate, he’s a small business owner, longtime sales leader, and a surprisingly solid karaoke singer with a specialty in the B-52’s.
